Minnesota has a rich literary history, from the days of territorial exploration in the 1800s up to the modern day. From Poul Anderson to F. Scott Fitzgerald, from Sinclair Lewis to August Wilson, the state has produced dozens of great writers. Award-winning writer Jonathan W. Sweet explores some of the North Star state's greatest writers of the 19th and 20th century in a series of short biographies.
